My house mate is currently away on holiday so my spare time is now used constructively (but I think viscous games of Fifa 2010 are constructive) hence the blog post.

The tee below was inspired by a friend of mine and her baby, its a summer one that isn’t quite finished but will go to production hopefully this year. So anywhoooo you know the drill…let me know what y’all think.

Featured was never about one persons designs as you may know, remember the last range, the Digital tee well that was designed by a close friend of mine Ging. I started Featured hoping that in time it would become a collection of many designers and their work…so the little red head is back again. Me and Ging have been working together recently and his latest piece is pretty cool so I think this is gonna be the third tee for the next season. He saw that film, “The Book Of Ely,” and thought the ending was soooo good that he decided to make a tee using the basic braille spelling…so as before please comment and let me know what y’all think.

After a few days of searching online for a present it came to me, I knew that the gift had to be unique and a personal gesture from myself to Max…so why not make the little scamp his own little tee. It took some time but it is finally finished, I will drop it off with Dom tonight as we play a little football on Mondays and let you know what family and Co. think. Hopefully Featured will make more bespoke tee’s for little ones…Peace

I have been listening to an artist called Ellie Goulding and I’m sure you have all heard this wonderful voice before…well I haven’t so back off! If you haven’t heard of here you can watch the youtube vid I posted below.

Another group I have been listening to is Chiddy Bang who are…well…just cooooool and again if your struggling to find tracks to listen to then check these guys out.

Second range preparations are now well underway, I posted my first tee a while back (the only tee) and got some unbelievable response…the good kind as well so I was pretty chuffed. The second tee for this series will be posted by the end of next week, I have just finished the sketch work but now have become once again addicted to scribbling so don’t want to stop and do the computer side of it just yet.

Going off the subject here slightly, many of you that know me will also no a close friend of mine Kevin Shannon, some people don’t know that he is about to embark on a circumnavigation route round the world by bicycle for the charity combat stress and hopes to raise £1,000,000, and just for s*&ts and giggles he will be doing it producing no emissions (man or wind power…I know ha ha). He is doing this over a space of three years and is leaving in 5 weeks so please please please go to his website and show your support in some way shape or form www.becauseitisthere.co.uk, I had an idea for a charity tee which I have been working on which I will donate all profits to his cause but I will put the design up soon and let you decide.

People always throw the phrase around, “Crawl before you walk,” and as part of a new fashion label I wanted to go to London Fashion week even though Featured is still unknown to the masses…but I went anyway.

I went for a few reasons, one reason was one of the reasons why I always visit our nations capital to catch up with fiends and party, the next was to check out the latest fashions and new crazes. Then I also came up with the idea of having a mini independent shoot on the underground for an underground label and at the same time spread the good word…..of Featured of course.

Below is the crew…still feeling from the night before…reppin’ as best they could under the circumstances!

Subway under Waterloo station…bit of a highlight to the day as we 5 ran around acting out the assassination scene from Bourne Ultimatum…Stubb’s was Maaaaatttttt Daaaaaammmmmmoooonnnnnn!

1001A similar pose to the one above but the skateboarders off camera were very scary…and they were big for 14 year olds.

1161Underground shots were the basic theme for the day and by far the funniest, as you can see here as we thought this was a good shot for a group photo, my friend was more interested in the guy with a Burrito…but to be honest it looked stunning.

All in all the weekend was good for Featured, we talked to loads of randomers and gave out loads of business cards, we got some great shots and ideas for new tee’s and our next team outing.

I want to say thank you to the guys that took the time out to support Featured Clothing and pose for some pic’s, from left to right on the last pic they are Walshy, Oli, Stubb’s and Ging (the Co-Designer of the Digital tee). I would also like to say thank you to Sauce my contact down south and Uncle Neil who let us live at their wonderful apartment…so once again cheers.

I will be putting together a slide show of the whole weekend which I will put on Youtube after I get the rest of the pic’s from the lads…so keep checkin’ the site for the rest this week.
